CPI will be offering three $1,000.00 employee scholarships in 2022. All applications must be submitted by March 25, 2022.

Qualifications:

1. Applicant must be the dependent of a a current full-time CPI employee.
2. Applicant must be a senior in high school or in his or her first or second year of post-secondary education.
3. Applicant must be enrolled in a post-secondary school for fall 2022. Preference will be given to those with a desire to further their education and career in an agricultural related field.
4. Applicant must provide a high-resolution photo to be utilized in publications if awarded.
5. Complete application and upload transcript, essay, and photo by March 25, 2022.
   • Essay topic: CPI's Vision Statement is this, "To be the best solutions provider growing partnerships to achieve employee and customer success." What does this mean to you?
   • *No reference can be made in the essay that will identify the applicant. You may reference a state’s name or CPI location within the essay.

All applications will be reviewed by the scholarship committee. The scholarship committee may do face-to-face interviews with final applicants. Applicants will be contacted once the scholarship committee has determined awardees. The scholarship will be sent on behalf of the awardee during the fall 2022 semester after the student has provided proof of registration for the fall 2022 semester.
